I found this article at cnn.com. It is about a Arkansas anchorwoman, Anne Pressly, who died on Saturday. She was beaten in her home and was found several hours later on Monday. She had serious injuries to her face and most of the other injuries were on her upper body. She was hospitalized imediatly and was sedated. Pressly was unable to talk and suffered from brain swelling. Police say that Anne was part of a burglary because her purse had been stolen, but her dad thinks otherwise. He thinks that her killer had a motive for going to Pressly's house and beating her. He thinks that it possibly could have been a stalker. She was said to be getting much better and improving on her conditions when she died. The nightly news cast from the station she worked at held a 7 minute segment devoted to Anne Pressly.
