The article I read was from cnn.com. It is about tainted milk that was found in Austria. The milk was contaminated by the chemical malemine. This chemical is used to make plastic and also fertilizer. The malemine was found in a milkshake in Austria that was made with Chinese milk. This finding led to tests on at least 184 types of Chinese food that was sold Austria. Although the milk has been the only product that was contaminated, the European Union banned or recalled all Chinese dairy products. Malemine isnt very deadly, but if enough if digested, it can lead to kidney stones or even kidney failure. The chemical has cause 50,000 children in China to become very ill and has caused the death of 4 babys.
